I am writing to document a highly frustrating and unprofessional experience with the service department at Veterans Ford. I brought my Ford Expedition in for standard, routine maintenance, specifically an oil change and a tire rotation. Given the vehicle type, I anticipated a standard bill.
Instead, the service advisor presented me with a quote for $930.

I made an appointment for recall (which had already been done on-line - I wasn’t aware) and basic service. and when I got there I was told 1 1/2 hours for a simple tire replacement, rotation and alignment. 3 1/2 hours later it was finally completed. My tire shop would have had it done within 1 hour. Very frustrating.
The best customer service. We have used them before and went back again and received the same customer service they went above and beyond to make the best deal for us.
Thank you for your help with buying a new truck. It was a good experience.
Had an appointment on Friday for basic oil change. They said I needed coolant and transmission fluid replace so I said sure. Had to keep car over night. Well joke on me. They didn’t do it correctly and got air in my engine. Almost hit people driving since breaks lock up when this happens. Called ford but no one could help. Left stranded on the side of the road. Service advisor Susan was wonderful. Overall a great experience until I went to pay a 2000$ invoice and was told of a 3% service charge for using a credit card. You also received 4000$ from my extended warranty company. So I paid with my debit card. I will not be back.

Great service department! All service advisors have been responsive and work has been completed in a timely manner.
It's bad enough to pay $9.49 "misc charges", shop fees I guess, but they charge another $4.99 "document and storage fee". These are added to a simple oil change. Plus tax, of course!

Veterans ford was amazing. We worked with Tay and he was patient with us and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We also worked with the general manager Lorenzo who gave us the white glove treatment. We will be back in the future to buy the next vehicle.

I walked into Veteran's Ford and asked for a price on their top level F150s with Blue Cruise. I was told I would have to submit my personal information first. I refused and was told by the manager they would not do business with me. I explained I was not yelling, belittling, or swearing, he said I was not being nice. as I asked if they were communists. My advice, satay away, they are rude and would rather have your personal information rather than a $90,000 sale!
I would not bring my bicycle in there to have it serviced.A year after having my truck in there I’m still finding stuff wrong with it that they did wrong. I was very satisfied with my sales guy he was right there with me every step of the way he knew had very good knowledge of everything I needed to know about the bronco that I had purchased. Kind courtesy friendly. If I needed to purchase another vehicle anytime soon or know anybody that does I will send them his way.
Tony worked with us via phone nearly all day to get us exactly what we were looking for. My husband was unsure if he would be able to make it in by the day’s end, but Tony made sure to hold the car for us in case we didn’t make it. We did make it in yesterday and Tony had everything ready for my husband, in the most smooth car buying experience we have ever had. Tony is honest and upfront. We had been to nearly six dealers before we called him. We are glad we did. Five ⭐️

Had a decent experience with purchasing the F150 however the service was appalling. Female was dropping it off and was ignored. Straight out sexist. Then went to pick the vehicle up and service had driven it approximately 100 miles leaving 6 miles to empty in the tank. We don’t let our vehicles EVER get that low, EVER! Response was we don’t put gas in it.
A couple weeks ago this dealer sent me a flyer advertising complimentary pick up and mobile service. Today the receptionist says it's not available, don't know when it will be! WTH? Also tried to order a jumper set on the Ford pass rewards, this dealer does not show up on the list of nearest 27 dealers. I'll find a new dealer, even though I bought it here. Don't advertise things you can't do. Can't believe anything else you advertised in the flyer. More xx
My experience was great. Patrick helped me navigate the entire process with professionalism and great customer service. The only thing I would say is the actual charges were not explained as I was signing all the paperwork. I do admit I could have asked more questions and didn't. However, my overall experience was great and I would recommend Patrick and Veterans Ford to anyone.

Once you buy the they car they stop responding completely. They messed something up and I don’t have my car documents 2 months after the purchase. Try to avoid this place! Remember if your dealer can ghost you after a purchase, you should not buy from there

Horrible experience, salesman Patrick is inattentive and left me hanging for over a week. Came in person and pretended there was a misunderstanding (do you not follow up on your leads?) as someone who’s been in sales and marketing for 20 years I’m appalled he was unwilling to even try to negotiate or work a deal on anything. After reviewing the repair/ service history of this car, I became aware that this purchase has proven to be questionable. I am unfortunately, stuck because it is sold as is. 2022 Hyundai Ionic 5
The issue: I encountered a flat tire last week. In viewing the tire treads closely, I realized that all the tires had well over 85K on them. Confirmed by Hyundai service center and another independent tire dealer.
Making them unsafe for any servicing. And unsafe for any individual driving this vehicle.

While shopping for a pre-owned late-model Corvette C8, Veterans Ford Tampa jumped into the mix. Worked with one of the sales staff at their sister dealership, Greenway Ford for about a week via phone, text, and email. We both agreed on the selling price and trade-in allowance. Don't bother trying to make a deal with this store based on your word as a Veteran, a first responder or maybe even the president of the United States of America! They are having none of it. In fact don't even call them if they owe you money!! They still think your word means nothing without a $1000. Deposit. Your word means less than nothing here.

I called to inquire about a specific type of vehicle we needed. Jerrod was not only able to help me find it, he made sure to walk me through the whole process, taking time to explain me everything. He was very professional, friendly and understanding. He stay with me until the end to make sure I understood everything.
The staff is professional but internally they don’t treat each other kindly. Our sales rep was amazing but we couldn’t help but notice how management seemed to be barking orders at the lower staff. Felt very humiliating for them. Our experience was ok, the people who worked with us directly from finance and management were professional and to the point.

I purchased a 2015 BMW 4 series in September of 2022. I called the dealership on multiple occasions starting in September of 2022 regarding warranty issue. When I bought the vehicle it supposedly had a Ford Warranty 4 Months or 4,000 miles. They informed me I had to take to local ford dealership, so I made appointment had to wait 2 weeks for appointment only to be told they do not work on BMWs take to BMW, which I did. Adam Pettis is the rudest person I've ever encountered at a car dealership. Not honoring their word on things and blaming me in the process. I've never encountered a employee so argumentative and rude towards a customer in my entire life. I've dealt with over a hundred dealerships in my lifetime, and Adam is by far the worst employee I've ever encountered at one.
I purchased a 2015 Volvo in April. This SUV was purchased to add to my fleet of limousines. On the way home the dash board started flickering.
Today is July 27. I’ve made three payments and also put down a down payment. I’ve kept insurance on the car. I’ve lost thousands of dollars not having the car in my fleet. I hear week after week I’ll have an answer by Friday. I spoke with Lorenzo Peña after several texts and phone calls to all involved.
